What happens if the scope changes during the build?

We agree any change in writing, with its effect on the timeline and price, before it is made. Nothing is added without your approval.

How involved do we need to be?

About an hour of your time each week is usually enough. We plan on Monday, build through the week and show you a working demonstration every Friday.

Do we have to start with an X-Ray?

Yes. Every engagement starts with an X-Ray, a short review of your systems, data and priorities. You receive a written assessment, opportunities ranked by impact and a recommended starting point.

What if we are not happy with a sprint?

You see working software every Friday, so you can steer the work as it progresses. Any change is priced and approved by you before it is made.
